Who we are…Many of you will recognize our names and our faces, as we were the original Masterpiece Homes Team. For 12 years we worked side-by-side with our Realtor colleagues and celebrated one of the highest co-broke ratios in Volusia County!
We loved our Realtors and we proved it…We had the easiest, no-hassle co-broke policy that ever existed! While other builders had registrations that expired after 45, 60, 90 days, we enacted the forever policy. We believed that if a Realtor introduced us to the buyer, they deserved a co-broke regardless of how long it took the customer to be in a position to buy. We allowed the Realtors to call in, fax in, or email their registrations.
We were not fair weather friends…while some builders eliminated co-brokes or reduced the amount they paid Realtors based on how busy they were…we never wavered. We were loyal to our Realtors and paid 3% on total sales price, including our land and all options- including pools! We showed our respect for Realtors that trusted us by delivering homes that we were proud of and that homeowners were proud to call home, thereby protecting our Realtor’s reputations.
We still believe in that policy…in an industry where so much has changed, you have the comfort of a familiar co-broke policy. At Gallery Homes, you’ll find friends you can count on.
Building responsibly…we believe that when you make a commitment to affordable housing, which does not mean that you simply build for less. We believe that you must build responsibly. That’s why you will find 30-year architectural shingles, ceramic tile, oak cabinetry, quality carpet and workmanship, and attention to detail that you would find in million dollar homes. We believe in energy efficient homes that cost less to operate. That is why we are 100% ENERGY STAR. We believe our families deserve floor plans without wasted space, which is why we spend countless hours with our designers, planning homes that live big. And finally, we are committed to not having our affordable line “look affordable”! We believe you will find our exterior finishes and designs very appealing from the curb…no one will know how little they paid, unless of course you want to spread the word!
