Building Your Gallery Home

We incorporate a Full Circle Building Process to assure our new homeowners are updated every step of the way:

♦  Call 386-738-7000 and we will help you Pre-Qualify for your loan and determine which loan program is best for you.  We'll determine if you Qualify for Down Payment Assistance.

♦  Select from our portfolio of 3- and 4-bedroom, 100% ENERGY STAR Certified homes and select one of our beautiful communities. 

♦  Personalize your home to meet the needs of your family.

♦  Review your final selections and sales price.

♦  Prepare your final contract.

♦  Meet with our Preferred Lender, or yours, for your Mortgage Application.

♦ Complete interior design selections and colors.

♦  Blueprints are drawn for your home and the Building Permit Application begins.

♦  Meet with your Personal Builder to review your construction plans.

♦  Construction of your home begins when we issue a "Start".  You can expect to see activity within one week of the Start.

♦  At Gallery your Personal Builder is a State Certified Contractor and is responsible for all aspects of construction.  He/she is your "go to" person ready and willing to answer your questions or address any concerns you may have. 

♦  Our Closing Department contacts you to schedule Home Orientations and Closing Date. 

♦  We will schedule two Home Orientations, the first takes place a few days before closing and the second takes place on your closing date.  During the Orientations you will meet with your Personal Builder to become familiar with the different aspects of your home as well as your Warranty.
