Since its inception in 2007, Gallery Homes has created more than 300
new homes for individuals and families in Volusia County. Gallery founder and CEO Bob Fitzsimmons is a multiple-time winner of the JD Power “Highest in Customer Satisfaction” with new homes award, bestowed on a region’s Top 20 builders with the highest levels of satisfaction throughout the new-home purchase and early ownership. In addition, he has been selected as Builder of the Year three times by the Volusia Building Industry Association.
For more than three decades, Mr. Fitzsimmons has been recognized as a well-respected Certified Residential Contractor in the Sunshine State, working with buyers of single-family homes in his current communities of Ridgewood Crossing and Huntington Village in Ormond Beach and many more completed over the years. From 1980 to 1993, Mr. Fitzsimmons was Vice President of a national homebuilder before founding Masterpiece Homes in 1994 which he later sold. “There aren’t many privately held home builders left in Volusia. If you want a home and want to know where the people are who built it … we are right here,” Mr. Fitzsimmons said in a recent interview with The Daytona Beach News-Journal.
The quality of growth in Volusia County is very important to Mr. Fitzsimmons. “I’ve been in this community 30 years,” he said. “Most of my children – and now four of my grandchildren – reside in DeLand. All the families of Gallery’s employees live here, too. We are fully invested in this community and are proud of our contributions to it.”
Building high-performance energy homes equates to year-round savings for the homeowner.
