Get Started Building A Gallery Home On Your Homesite

Gallery Homes incorporates a Full-Circle Building Process to assure our new homeowners are updated every step of the way.

  • We will help you pre-quality for your loan and determine which loan program is best for you.
  • Select from our extensive portfolio of unique homes in one of our beautiful neighborhoods or Design and Build your own unique home!
  • Personalize your final contract. Determine required deposits.
  • Meet with our preferred lender, or yours, for your mortgage application.
  • Complete interior design selections and colors with a professional designer.
  • Blueprints are drawn for your home and the building permit application begins.
  • Review your construction plans.
  • Upon issuing a “start” for the construction of your home, you can expect to see activity within one week.
  • At Gallery Homes, your Personal Builder is responsible for all aspects of construction.  He or she is your “go to” person who’s ready and willing to answer your questions or address concerns.
  • Our Closing Coordinator contacts you to schedule home orientations and closing date.
  • We will schedule two home orientations. The first takes place a few days before closing, and the second takes place on your closing date. During the orientations, you will meet with your Personal Builder to become familiar with your home’s equipment warranties.
